{"id":3192,"date":"2017-02-23T15:03:06","date_gmt":"2017-02-23T15:03:06","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/nantes.apbg.org\/?p=3192"},"modified":"2025-12-07T10:15:07","modified_gmt":"2025-12-07T10:15:07","slug":"visite-de-la-plateforme-agrosolis-a-saint-nazaire","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nantes.apbg.fr\/index.php\/2017\/02\/23\/visite-de-la-plateforme-agrosolis-a-saint-nazaire\/","title":{"rendered":"Visite de la plateforme R&amp;D AGROSOLIS \u00e0 Saint-Nazaire"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>L&rsquo;apr\u00e8s-midi du&nbsp;samedi 18 mars 2017<\/strong>, la r\u00e9gionale de l&rsquo;APBG de Nantes a organis\u00e9 la visite de la<strong> <a href=\"http:\/\/algosolis.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">plateforme R&amp;D Algosolis<\/a> de Saint-Nazaire<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"983\" height=\"250\" src=\"https:\/\/nantes.apbg.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/20170318_154952-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7122\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nantes.apbg.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/20170318_154952-1.jpg 983w, https:\/\/nantes.apbg.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/20170318_154952-1-300x76.jpg 300w, https:\/\/nantes.apbg.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/20170318_154952-1-768x195.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 983px) 100vw, 983px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le laboratoire GEPEA <em>(CNRS\/Universit\u00e9 de Nantes\/Oniris\/\u00c9cole des Mines de Nantes)<\/em> assure, au quotidien, la gestion et le pilotage de cette plateforme dont la direction est confi\u00e9e \u00e0 <strong>J\u00e9r\u00e9my Pruvost<\/strong> qui nous a fait la visite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La valorisation industrielle des micro-algues implique d\u2019int\u00e9grer dans une fili\u00e8re compl\u00e8te un ensemble de technologies d\u00e9di\u00e9es allant de la production de biomasse \u00e0 l\u2019extraction des m\u00e9tabolites d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eats. &nbsp;La plate-forme Algosolis a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7ue dans cette logique, en proposant sur un m\u00eame site diff\u00e9rentes technologies de culture, r\u00e9colte et bioraffinage des micro-algues. L\u2019infrastructure permet de tester et optimiser individuellement chaque brique technologique du proc\u00e9d\u00e9 global, ou au contraire, de travailler de fa\u00e7on int\u00e9gr\u00e9e afin d\u2019optimiser l\u2019enchainement des \u00e9tapes de production qui d\u00e9finiront le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 final d\u2019exploitation industrielle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les micro-algues se d\u00e9veloppent dans des \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes dont l&rsquo;acc\u00e8s quantitatif et qualitatif \u00e0 la lumi\u00e8re est pr\u00e9pond\u00e9rant. Leur m\u00e9tabolisme photosynth\u00e9tique est permis gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 pigmentaire importante. En plus des pigments chlorophylliens (pr\u00e9sents en grande quantit\u00e9 chez les chlorelles) d&rsquo;autres sont produits par d&rsquo;autres vari\u00e9t\u00e9s de micro-algues et chacun d&rsquo;entre eux offre des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s int\u00e9ressantes comme la phyco\u00e9rythrine&nbsp; permettant de marquer des cellules afin de les identifier (comme les cellules canc\u00e9reuses) ou l&rsquo;astaxanthine, de la famille des carot\u00e8nes (produit par <em>Haematococcus pluvialis)<\/em> ainsi que la phycocyanine des spirulines qui sont des puissants antioxydants. D&rsquo;autres m\u00e9tabolites synth\u00e9tis\u00e9s par les micro-algues peuvent servir de compl\u00e9ment alimentaire comme <em>Porphyridium<\/em> qui synth\u00e9tise des om\u00e9ga3, om\u00e9ga6 (toujours d&rsquo;origine v\u00e9g\u00e9tale!).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un projet est la culture des micro-algues dans certaines industries polluantes afin de limiter les \u00e9missions de CO2 (comme les cimenteries, ou les incin\u00e9rateurs) ; en effet, ces micro-organismes ont un rendement photosynth\u00e9tique plus important qu&rsquo;une plante (30 \u00e0 40 tonnes par ha\/an de mati\u00e8re s\u00e8che) et sont capables d&rsquo;absorber une tr\u00e8s grande quantit\u00e9 de CO2. M\u00eame les 400ppm de CO2 de l&rsquo;atmosph\u00e8re (donn\u00e9es de mars 2017) restent insuffisants pour que les micro-algues puissent atteindre leur d\u00e9veloppement maximum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
