{"id":3827,"date":"2019-01-20T08:46:46","date_gmt":"2019-01-20T08:46:46","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/nantes.apbg.org\/?p=3827"},"modified":"2025-12-07T11:08:54","modified_gmt":"2025-12-07T11:08:54","slug":"assemblee-pleniere-2018","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nantes.apbg.fr\/index.php\/2019\/01\/20\/assemblee-pleniere-2018\/","title":{"rendered":"Assembl\u00e9e pl\u00e9ni\u00e8re"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignright size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" src=\"https:\/\/nantes.apbg.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/20190119_151815-1-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7251\" style=\"width:436px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nantes.apbg.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/20190119_151815-1-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/nantes.apbg.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/20190119_151815-1-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/nantes.apbg.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/20190119_151815-1-768x432.jpg 768w, https:\/\/nantes.apbg.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/20190119_151815-1-1536x864.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/nantes.apbg.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/20190119_151815-1-2048x1152.jpg 2048w, https:\/\/nantes.apbg.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/20190119_151815-1-1320x743.jpg 1320w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Le samedi 19 janvier 2019<\/strong> a eu&nbsp;lieu&nbsp;l\u2019assembl\u00e9e pl\u00e9ni\u00e8re de la r\u00e9gionale de Nantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Suite \u00e0 l\u2019assembl\u00e9e pl\u00e9ni\u00e8re, <strong>Olivier Plantard<\/strong>, directeur de recherche \u00e0 l&rsquo;INRA ONIRIS a fait une remarquable et passionnante conf\u00e9rence sur les tiques, leur \u00e9cologie et la sant\u00e9 humaine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Parmi la tr\u00e8s grande diversit\u00e9 des tiques (famille des acariens parasitiformes) la plus commune dans nos r\u00e9gions est <em>Ixodes ricinus<\/em>, sa vie est tr\u00e8s particuli\u00e8re&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>elle fait son cycle de vie durant 2 \u00e0 4 ans, dont seulement 5% du temps sur un h\u00f4te et elle se nourrit trois fois dans sa vie (en augmentant 100X son poids \u00e0 chaque fois !) \u00a0pour changer de stade : de la larve \u00e0 la nymphe, de la nymphe \u00e0 l&rsquo;adulte et enfin uniquement la femelle pour pondre ces \u0153ufs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>elle se nourrit que de sang, entre temps, elle peut passer des jours, des mois \u00e0 attendre que son h\u00f4te passe dans les parages.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>son g\u00e9nome a \u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e9quenc\u00e9, il poss\u00e8de plus de 2 milliards de paire de bases et pr\u00e8s de 20 000 g\u00e8nes c&rsquo;est \u00e0 dire presque autant que celui de l&rsquo;homme!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>elle peut-\u00eatre un vecteur pour des pathog\u00e8nes comme un ensemble de bact\u00e9ries spiral\u00e9es, <em>Borrelia burgdorferi<\/em> responsable de la maladie de Lyme.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Olivier Plantard nous a \u00e9galement \u00e9voqu\u00e9 l&rsquo;importance de conna\u00eetre toutes les relations \u00e9cosyst\u00e9miques qui peuvent influencer l&rsquo;augmentation ou la diminution des pathog\u00e8nes transmis par ces tiques. Par exemple, l\u2019\u00e9mergence de <em>Borrelia burgdorferi<\/em> dans l\u2019est des \u00c9tats-Unis en 1974 a \u00e9t\u00e9 attribu\u00e9e \u00e0 la croissance d\u00e9mographique et \u00e0 l\u2019expansion de l\u2019aire de r\u00e9partition du cerf de Virginie et de la tique <em>Ixodes scapularis<\/em> \u00e0 la suite de l\u2019agrandissement de reboisement et de la gestion favorisant une forte densit\u00e9 de cerfs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.qwant.com\/?q=animation%20zecken&amp;t=videos&amp;o=0:b20269c2abe2dd94be93a6b71fc5a36e&amp;order=relevance&amp;source=youtube\">Une vid\u00e9o qui montre le cycle de vie
